What is the process for getting a new car key made?

Once you confirm, we will schedule an appointment for you typically around 6pm at Tring Shoe Repairs

It takes about 20 minutes and we will have you back on the road with your new car key.

What are the prices for your car key services?

Our pricing is competitive.

£60-80 for plain ignition keys without buttons.

£140 approx. for a remote key discounts for multiple keys.

£300 to replace a lost key, via our fast turn around, emergency call-out service.

What should I do if I lose all my keys?

No problem! If you lose all your keys. Reach out to us for our call-out service and we may be able to make new keys from scratch depending on your car model.

For a possible new key we'll require:

  • Driver's License
  • V5 Document

Question: Do you offer services for damaged key cases or buttons?

Yes! If your key's buttons are worn out or the case is cracked, we can often transfer your original circuit board into a new case or shell for about £45.
